Pascale Sablan, FAIA, NOMAC, LEED AP, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Third Office, a strategic advisory practice operating at the intersection of design, development, leadership, and social impact. With nearly two decades of experience, she has built an international reputation for advancing equity, visibility, and innovation within the built environment through architecture, advocacy, public speaking, and cultural programming.
