CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds of conference registration fees will be made on cancellation requests submitted up to 30 days prior to the start of the conference. Cancellation requests submitted less than 30 days prior to the start of the conference must be for reasons of personal or family emergency only. In either case, an administrative cancellation fee of $50 will be charged. Refund requests must be made in writing to Ted Goodman, AASL Treasurer (goodman@columbia.edu).
