2:00 - 4:00 ACSA Annual meeting welcome and Topic Chairs’ panel discussion.
4:30 - 6:00 ACSA Introduction to New Orleans, Donald Gatzke and students of Tulane University, and Christine Boyer of Princeton University.
6:30 - 8:00 ACSA President’s Reception.

Friday’s Schedule: Tulane University

9:00 - 5:00 Book display and exhibits open at the Hotel Inter-Continental.
8:30 - 9:30 Travel via the historic St. Charles Streetcar to Tulane University, Howard Tilton Memorial Library, Center for Library User Education. Meet in front of the hotel at 8:30.
9:30 - 10:25 Boyd Childress, Robert McDonald and Sebastien Arnaud, Auburn Univ. and E-Media. Demonstration and discussion of a new digital slide management, presentation, and instruction tool.
10:30 - 11:15 Janine Henri, UT-Austin, TARO – Texas Archival Resources Online.
11:15 – 12:00 Polly Trump, Univ. AZ – Tucson. Team Management and RAP – Reference Availability Project.
12:00 - 2:00 Lunch on one’s own, armed with a restaurant guide and map of the Tulane area. Audubon Park and Zoo are across the street from Tulane.
2:00 - 3:00 Gather at the Architecture Library, Richardson Memorial Hall, Tulane. Frances Hecker, Head, Architecture Library, has welcomed us to browse their library, which is a branch library in the Arch. Building.
3:00 - 5:00 Gary Van Zante, Curator, Southeastern Architectural Archive, Joseph Jones Hall, 6801 Freret, 3rd floor. An overview of New Orleans architectural graphics with examples from the collection, and the management of architectural drawings collections.
5:00 - 6:00 Travel back to Hotel Inter-Continental via streetcar.
